In our approach we move onto systema flow drills, then kit up for full contact sparring and situation work. In my opinion it is essential to do this so that the weakness of each approach can be minimised.
I'm impressed easy to learn, then you use those skills in a play knife fight, using instinctive systema fighting method used. That's whys systema is great :)
