I see some people support the cops on this(a little to fast).And just remember when an AMERICAN recorded the cops out in open public making threats to an AMERICAN on YOUR tax dollars,you would think you can at least hold the government accountable(cops are the enforcement branch of the government).

The ALCU(the agency you and I hate)lawyer SARAH WUNSCH took to the cops side as they cried their privacy was violated and charged the motorist with Ch272sec99 (wiretap)and said that in essence ,the cops have a expectation of privacy(even in open public),that's your ALCU kids.

Coupled with a cowardly Brockton Jury,the AMERICAN was crucified for possessing a recording of the cops acting (as Obama would say)STUPIDLY.By the way in charging the motorist(the cops violated the 1st Amendment(US Constitution),Articles 5 and 12 of the Ma Constitution(just to name a few).
