You dont need high gravity or noclip. Just use a flashbang and get a teammate to boost you up there.

Its not "cheat", but you aren't allowed to use glitches in css, like that, and some of the weapon glitches. If you go to an event or something you wont be accepted if you use it and will get kicked.
