@zeedeevel7 I don't use any macros, but there are some things outside of rotation and stats that effect your DPS. In a future video I will be discussing some of the things you can do to maximize your DPS, so just subscribe and you'll hopefully find something useful :)

@headcase120 Shadow bolt is strictly affliction and demonology for the simple fact that our rotation revolves around immolate which increases our incinerate damage and we get about 30% additional fire damage as soon as we spec into it at 85 :) Shadowbolt isn't needed :)

@erkkazz11 Well, if you're positive you have followed all my tips in this video, there are some other factors that can contribute to higher DPS such as latency, movement and preparation for a fight :) I will be making a video soon enough telling people how that can maximize their DPS by being on top of all of these things, so just subscribe and you should see it soon enough :)

This is probably something obvious that I'm missing, but I have two questions:

Those two buttons that relate to your Fel Guard, those are macros right? If so, mind sharing the code? I've just started combining things with macros and would like to see what you did for (I'm guessing) combining the summons with the 20 second buff that links you and the demon for better damage.

Secondly, how did you get those buttons positioned there if you don't use add-ons? Id like to be able to put mine there too

ive seen a lot of controversing about mastery and haste priority on dest warlocks since 4.3, most dest warlocks still use haste but ive seen in a some forums a builds used by some good raiding guilds that priorize mastery instead of haste. not saying your wrong but i would like a reply from someone with experience like you. Oh and thanks by the video btw.

@ZerlingBR Yeah, that's a very good point :) I was always aware that at a certain point I would need to switch to mastery, but I'm not very good with the calculations side of the game, but a guy in the comments told me that when you hit 2693 haste you start to stack mastery :) I understand that at different points, haste adds an extra tick to your DOT spells, so I assume 2693 is the highest and most realistic cap for haste :) So I've begun to reforge for haste cap -> mastery :)

It sounds like you advocate hard casting Immolate to refresh the DOT which has a longish cast time as opposed to using Fel Flame to refresh it which is an instant cast. I'm wondering why that is? Granted the latter refreshes for a shorter time, but it would seem that in the cast time you save you could be casting another nuke. Your thoughts?

@gtrscarlet Well, the way I see it is that 2 FelFlames will refresh Immolate the the point where hard casting it would have refreshed it. Immolate is about a 1.3 second cast and 2 global CDs are 2 seconds. I just believe that Immolate is more efficient than the FelFlames and I think the bigger websites seem to agree :P Of course, if you know something more that makes FelFlame better, by all means tell me :D

In 4.3 mastery is better than crit. Difference is not that big but still mastery gives you slightly more dps than crit. And you can also reforge demo spec for haste>mastery and you dps loss as demo is only like 200-1k. Then you can play both demo and destro without any reforges.

@alexjake56 Hmmm, 85k dps yeah? that's hilarious, that your peak? On madness of deathwing, because theres not an absaloute hope you can walk into a fight and sustain 80k dps, even with full 410 heroics which i doubt you have, you wouldn't sustain that, how about a armory and logs link? don't say you don't have logs, any guild thats capeable of having a "full heroic" geard lock will have logs.

Out of curiousity, why did you choose to not use the incinerate? Usually its used CONSTANTLY, i thought it would be an important one

@TheInferno765 Incinerate is a 5% damage increase, and sadly incinerate doesn't usually do more damage than your imp :P Also, the more you can cast Conflagrate, the quicker you can cast incinerate, and Immolate is one of your most powerful spells! :D

its not true that u need to use felflame when moving, use it only if immolate isnt on target, because it refresh immolate and it messes up the dmg rotation of the immolate spell so sometimes u ebtter not cast it then cast it

@godwings101 Well, I'm not sure if it would be better mathematically, but the way I see it is that conglagrate is not only one of your strongest spells but also gives you backdraft, so the more times you get to cast conflagrate, the more times your incinerate will be 30% quicker, which is very good :P

Fel Flame is not only for movement it is MENT for refreshing Immolate up by 6 seconds it hits harder then refreshing immolate from a hard cast and more dps efficient.

Nice video mate.However Chaos bolt should not be used while you have backdraft because Incin dmg>CB dmg so you have 3 incinerates resulting in more dmg.When conflagrate is on cd and you dont have backdraft, then you use chaos bolt and MAYBE 1 incinerate in order not to lose time and have a better row to your spells since chaos bolt has already a small cast :)

Stat priority you said is only good for people that have less the 380 ilvl when you get over you want to get haste cap at 2693 the go for mastery and crit other then that good guide. With the haste so high you get 4 extra ticks from Immolate. :)

And i hate raiding with afflic since they changed the filler to shadow bolt.
