It's definitely italian. But the two languages are pretty close, much like spanish and portugese- chances are if you know one, you can translate the other fairly easily.

Luna's the same in both (and in english and I think most of the other romance languages). Piena is the feminine of pieno and means "full". I think the latin is plenu(s). But latin has so many damn tenses. On the plus side, if you're mad and talking latin, it sounds like you're summoning demons. Seriously.
