  • You get extra points for using Hemp Seeds. Keep making great videos. :P

  • Why can't you use food grade H2O2 when you have mercury fillings?

  • @webladyone01 it pulls the mercury out and you absorb it, not like you havent already though

  • where can you get lucuma

  • Four foods you can live the rest of your life on:

    Bee Pollen

    Raw Bee Honey

    Algae

    Coconut water

My father is living proof. All these things contain every nutrient you need to survive. Don't worry about weight loss that much, though. They contain enough calories for you to maintain your weight.

  • Hi, fun video...I'd never heard of Yacon Syrup.

I'm wondering what you think of agave for sweetening? I'm wondering if it's not all it's touted to be...(this is the first video of yours that I've seen - possibly you have already spoken about this somewhere).

  • I think agave is over processed. I still use it occasionally, but now i use more stevia, lucuma powder, honey or dates to sweeten.

  • I think it must be too. I've never used lucuma...but, raw honey and dates (and grade B maple syrup) I use too.

Stevia - I just can't deal with the flavor. It reminds me of saccharine.

What is lucuma like? Is it extremely sweet or more mellow?

  • Lucuma is quite nice - mellow - a bit caramelly. Def one of my fave sweeteners right now. Def worth trying out! :)

  • I will - thank you for the insight!

  • Hey sista...type in youtube Bigtreefarmsbali..providing some high quality raw cacao butter and powder...you can order from Earth Family Foods,Nevada city,CA...lowest price on the market for raw goods...you can ask for stephen that's me...may you keep havin the best day ever...peace

  • Were did you order this stuff from? Sorry if it was said, I just can't find it :o

  • h2o2 really rockrs gets rid of all kinds of crap in your system don''t get on your skin

  • Your a cutie!

  • can someone please tell me how you guys make these awesome videos? Is there a site or something i can download?

  • Thanks! I just use iMovie software or Movie Maker.

  • True superfoods are fresh things from the garden and from the wild. Even couple hours after picking tomatoe doesn't taste anything like just picked.

  • ur SOOOOOOOOOOOO pretty! wow radiant

  • 4 liters superfood juice and 3 liters water. i feel flushed, 2nd day superfood juice feast, i highly recommend it :D

  • I like your videos! I can tell you are filled with passion for Raw foods.

    Abby

  • Since when does raw food come from cardboard boxes and bottles? I thought raw food came from a garden.

  • Yeah, but think about the staples for a standard diet; eggs, milk, meat. Those staples don't come from the ground either but they aren't good for you the way raw is. The foods she's showing are raw and ground grown but aren't grown all in one spot. :P

Cacao milk, for example, comes from where cacao is grown, not in the US. ;)

  • Many of the "foods" she shows are rip-off's that raw foodies have been told are good for you, but they are not.

  • o these are for pathetic losers (i'm not saying that i'm not one). who want the benefits of raw yet want the fun of opening packages and being conventional and pretending to eat pizza, cooking, u know social crap like that.. the point of REAL raw is that food isn't an issue. you're too busy in yoru life to think about food. food as comfort or distraction is for losers and losers DO wanna look good n be healthy too you know.

  • 1rawperson ,Can you grow cocao, hemp seed, coconut butter, yocon plant and make bee pollin in you're garden??

  • Can't grow cocao (by the way, cacao should only be eaten in moderation, not the way the raw food "experts"are recommending) Hemp , yes you can grow it, and hemp seeds are the best most nutrient rich seed in the world! Coconut butter is best not consumed by humans, but if you want to pay a fortune for nothing, go right ahead. I don't know what yocon is, so I probably don't need it. Bee polin can be obtained right from the "grower".

  • no but the point is they do all grow somewhere. They are all from the Earth and lets face it a darn sight better than the crap the other 99% of Earth is eating

  • i was taking 1rawperson ,QUOTE FROM 1rawperson - ''' Since when does raw food come from cardboard boxes and bottles? ''' Then i said - '' Can you grow cocao, hemp seed, coconut butter, yocon plant and make bee pollin in you're garden?? '''

  • sorry, really i was just answering 1rawperson's point-i just clicked reply on yours.

  • No biggie !!

  • "Since when does raw food come from cardboard boxes and bottles? I thought raw food came from a garden. "

You are thinking of whole foods, which I'm sure she eats plenty of. These foods that she is showing us are mostly supplements and ingredients for making desserts. There is nothing wrong with making your diet a little less boring as long as you don't overdo it.

  • Where can I go to order the box for myself?

  • Wow!!! You are really answering all my newbie RAW food questions. Your channel is like a One-Stop Shop. Keep them coming!

Where do you order your staples from?

P.S. - I always wanted to know how those truffles taste. I will now definitely add them to the list now.

  • Awesome video. Looks great.

  • where do you get raw food boxes anyway?

lately i've been thinking of just eating goji berries, spinach, cacao, broccoli sprouts. but i would love to try a variety of raw

  • raw food is awesome.

i want to try it all!

  • How often do you order such a "raw food box"?

    Good video! ;)

  • I order a box maybe 2-4x per year. Usually when there's a sale going on.

  • Hi Coryefan,

Allergic reactions can range from mild to severe - rashes, hives, swelling of the throat so ALWAYS best to test with 1 or 2 granules on tongue (unless you have a known allergy to bee stings, don't try it at all.)

Sounds like you're fine if it takes a large qty that results in only slight itchiness. Just scale back your consumption a bit. I usually limit myself to 1 tbsp/day. Sometimes 2 tbsp if I'm working out or haven't gotten much protein in.

    Thanks for commenting! :D

  • Can I ask - what would happen to a person to indicate you were allergic to bee pollen?? I have experienced a slight itchiness to the top of my mouth when eating it in large quantities. Is this anything to worry about??

  • That was great. I love getting my raw stuff in the mail. Also, last week I found bee pollen at my farmer's market & started putting it in my smoothies. At first I didn't know if I liked the taste but buy the third smoothie I loved it. From what I read it has almost the same amount of nutritional value as greens. Cheers! Sara

  • Thanks Northsar68!

I'm like a kid in a candy store when I shop for raw food online. Glad to hear I'm not alone - lol. SO MANY things I want to try and I can't wait until my delivery arrives!

You're very luck to source local bee pollen. Fresher than store-bought I would imagine. Def very nutritious! It's the richest source of predigested protein in nature, easy to assimilate and loaded with trace minerals and enzymes. Your smoothies must be nutritional powerhouses!
