If you guys have RealPlayer, that's a really easy way to get an mp3...load the video link in an address bar on there, let the video completely load (as in, don't start downloading it immediately, give it a few seconds until the initial red bar is full for the video), then click the pop up corner that says "Download to RealPlayer". Then, go to convert and pick what you want to convert it to (you have more choices then just mp3 if you want). Then you can just drag it over to your main music player
