  • @smith7145 FYI the stuff on top is C4 Extreme so you're already using C4 Extreme + Hybrid stuff.

  • @GalaxyMusic91 I've tried both, C4 is 100x better! The most I've had to take scoopwise to feel anything is C4, M5 I had to go up to 3 heaping scoops.. I don't feel very explosive in the gym with M5, C4 makes me go bananas! Through my whole 2hr workout.. Buy C4.. it's teh best.

  • @GalaxyMusic91 I like C4 better personally. But M5 is more for giving nutrients for mass. I honestly felt more with C4, though. Check my page, I touch on it in my review of 1MR I just posted

  • @smith7145 I bought the ignite + build combo and used the extreme energy combo which is 2 scoops of ignite (approx 2 tsp) and 1 scoop of build (approx 5 Tbsp) the recommended dose. today was my first time using M5. I usually take Jack 3D. Is feeling the effects M5 eight hours later common?

  • @Larry477 I cant say for sure if thats common, but I would highly doubt it. I am sensitive to stimulants so i could take half a serving of m5 and have it work fine for me. the most important thing is realizing how it effects you personally so you can adjust your serving. I would say 7 hrs might mean you should try half a serving, but thats totally up to you.

  • @smith7145 I appreciate your insight, do you recommend using this product for intense cardio workouts such as Crossfit were your pushed to your VO2 max or is this for straight weightlifting? I noticed that my heart rate was high and it was harder than normal to lower it. does M5 has something to do with it?

  • @Larry477 no problem. Personally I wouldnt take it for an intense cardio workout, not that you cant, but because its probably not necessary. I would say its overall purpose is for the extra blood flow and maintaining the pump. it can absolutely have something to do with an increased heart rate over a period of time. if you feel like you might not need it, then you can skip on it from time to time. I myself never liked using pre workouts before EVERY workout

  • @fingerANDsk8BOARDER ofcourse im 13 and i take suplements since i was 13 now im 14 and i feel great ! All preworkouts and shit i was taken always i was happy with and no problems with the stumick and brain.

  • M5 Just makes you feel great when you take it. there is just something there that no other product has. there is the extended flow of energy no jump then crash like jacked or any of the rest of them you only need to take it 10-15 minuts and yes take it on a some what empty stomach. the cherry lime ade isnt the best taste but it does work like no other shit out there and im not a cellucor rep just an average joe trying to get bigger

  • @dossantosg I'd probably go with C4 because they both work on the same base ingredients and the price differential is quite a bit. not to say m5 isnt a great product as well

  • hey man , do you think "stacking" this with p6 is a good idea and just use these two supplements and proper diet as my nutrition plan this summer? im new to this whole supplementation stuff so i dont know a damn thing about it other than what ive read and cellucor seems to be where its at.

  • @connorpollock yeah you could definitely stack those two together and have it work nicely. I dont think P6 is as necesarry as people make it out to be. its pretty expensive just to boost your testosterone a little. if youre new to working out im not sure its going to be that crucial to your gains. but then again thats all up to you to decide according to your goals.

  • @connorpollock a good protein shake is by far the best. whey protein isolate such as optimum nutrition. other than that scivation xtend is a great product. amino acid caps or powder are good as well.

  • @connorpollock if your not above the age of 25 a test booster will have absolutely no benefit. For most people they shouldn't even consider something like this until they are at least in their mis 30's.

  • @mrmikevelazquez nah its nothing like a steroid. just has an ingredient that is illegal in some organizations such as the ncaa

  • @mrmikevelazquez It is illegal to take steroids unless prescribed by a doctor. The only steroids that will help add muscle are anabolic steroids which this is not. This is just a buch of stimulants with creatine and beta alanine.

  • @cepacol06 you can but theres virtually no point because they are such similar products. if you were gonna do that id say half of each serving per product at first lol

  • @ReptileKiiNG man thats a tough one. I guess the answer to that really depends on the goals of the individual. but you will notice the price of c4 is a lot more affordable. c4 has been getting tons of claims as the best pre workout to date. M5 has some ingredients that C4 doesnt, but if i had to recommend one of them to you id advise you to go ahead and try c4 first. I dont think you could be disappointed with it. its completely sufficient as a pre workout in my opinion.

  • @ReptileKiiNG I would say so. when it comes down to it they work using the same main ingredients. but jack3d's ingredient list is literally one giant proprietary blend, unlike c4 which gives you more exact breakdowns of certain ingredients. the fact is they are very similar products, but if its up to me im gonna go with C4.

  • @Z28Guy1 I got the cherry limeade and its really not too bad. a way to make it better is mix it with some juice instead of water.

  • @brute9867 during workouts yes I see and feel increased vascularity. When just sitting around, no don't notice any difference. Depends on genetics
