can't be unlocked.. it's a bouns stage. go portable 2, #Key Tune. complete the 4 stages with an accuracy judgement of 97% and above. after the 4th stage the song will come out. dun ever press the start button after the 4th stage as it will cancel out the song. happy playing ^.^
