Umean the one with the foampit? That's not a special gym for parkour but for gymnastics and I've been there for only 3 times yet. The other one (without foampit) is a normal gym, you can find anywhere :)

i wish i knew where a gymnastics gym was arround in kansas,(nearby i mean) and the gym that is close only has the machines and a sauna :p i think i would majorly benefit from going to a gymnastics gym lol great progress btw cant wait to see more results

hoe vaak train je in de gym school?

in die grote met foampit (schuimbloken) heb ik een paar keer getraint (2-3x) en in die kleine gymzaal veel vaker: een groot deel van de winter... Mr is beter dan dat natte weer ^^
