Well in a song like this that is very busy, that 8 on the bottom is gonna be your best friend. Using 15/16 means that every count is going to be represented by a 16th note. If for instance you wanted to divide a "1" count into "1 and" in 15/16 time, it would require 32nd notes, which have 3 flags or "bars" on the stem. If you wanted to divide that count even further to feel like a 16th would in 4/4 time it would require a 64th note. Smaller bottom# = smaller note values
