Follow the steps their very good. Cut with utility knive its only plastic. prop door with stick for heat, unprop door for AC. when you get money order part from heater treater or pay $400+ for the right professional fix.

i dont have any heat on the front, i don have little on the back, i fallow the steps remove all the parts my blend door and my motor work fine i can see the door move back and forth, the i turn the heater on and the air that comes out is cold, i change the thermostat and did a reverse flush on my radiator, i have no idea what do do next please help me if you have any ideas

replace your heater core!! and use the antifreeze that ford recomends for the windstar..
