The easiest way to unassociating it to change the association to another program (like I show in the video). However, If you wish to remove all associations, you will struggle to do this in Windows Vista or 7. Search for "Unassociate Utility" in google and select the second link then click the "attached documents" link at the bottom of the page. Run that program and it should help you. The only other way involves registy editing.
@ppheang1 If the utility doesnt work then please message me and I will tell you what to do in the registry. However, editing the registry can be dangourous and therefore using the utility shoudl be safer.
