  • Insurance Fraud is on the loose too. We experienced that Super Cyclone in April, yes, i am in Alabama. Many houses and lives here, have been lost. But, Guess what? Many of these homes will not be rebuilt or repaired, because the Insurance companies want cover the damages. The companies are saying they dont cover natural disasters. They declared it an act of God...So now, these homes want be covered by insurance so many of these ppl will have to take out another mortagage to start all over.

  • QE 2 should be used for a 'Foreclosure/Mortgage Fraud Victim's Compensation Package'. $600,000,000 would easily cover THAT bailout. With no mortgage payments, the people would then freely spend that money back into the economy. maybe save some, but they would spend it. And yes, the mortgages must ALL be forgiven and the foreclosures reversed (dating back to 1980) because the fraud starts at the inducement. The banks never loaned anyone any money at any time. EVER. The bank can't show the loan.

  • There are many points made that have valor (in some of her videos). However, credibility is a fair question to raise. I am now at the 5.38 point and thus far the emotion, "background" and the conversation of the video offers no substance to correction of situations.

    With due respect, if one is looking for solutions this process is not it. One must "HONOR" themselves. Simply that's how it works.

  • Due to the US bankruptcy in 1933 THERE IS NO LAWFUL MONEY, so all mortgages are voidable under Common Law for Lack of Consideration. Even the Fed says in Modern Money Mechanics that all Fed banks are actually "intermediaries" loaning us OUR OWN CREDIT. The banks get Power of Atty from the Deed of Trust to foreclose, but we can revoke this at any time, which ceases the foreclosure. I haven't paid any mortgages for years, and I continue to buy property (btw I'm a RE Broker) Rise up ye Moors!

  • I think it is way past time for people to fight back. Why do we just let the banks waltz in and take our homes? We should at least verify that they have the right to foreclose and if there is fraud involved then they do not have that right. It is time we all fight back.

  • Use your money to hire a real attorney in your city, They will at least be there with you when you go to court. Mortgage Fraud is real, but people like her are not helping things change for the better. They are clouding the courts with B.S. law suits so that anyone with a legitimate suit gets thrown out of court with the masses.

Oh, and J.D. stands for Juris Doctorate which means she graduated from law school. If she was really an attorney she would have esquire (esq) after her name indicating that she passed the state bar exam. She should not be giving out legal advice and she knows it. Ask for proof of her success, she will not respond to your inquiry.

  • I believe it, I'm a disabled vet and I have excellent credit they said, and we have a prime VA adjustable loan we want to refinance with our current mortage company, infact they contacted us. We could go conventional because we have more then 20% equity and drop our PMI ($100 a mnth). After the appraisal went great I was contacted with "I'm sorry we cant service your refinance because your home IS NOT COMPARABLE with others in the nieghborhood!! WTF?? You are my mortgage company.

    What?!!
