when you use violence as protest that just means the man has poked you so much that you just slap back. and then they know how to handle you. and when you protest by just talking, the government can't take just action against you. when you start shooting and hurting, the government can justify actions against you. but when you talk about revolution, what can they do?
peace is awesome. i consider myself a pacifist, and thats after i saw an interview with lennon where he said that he wouldn't use violence to protest, becasue that's just the man poking again again so much that you just slap back, and that means they've got you so much you just have become violent, and then they know how to handle you. and i think in means of protest, you can't become violent, because that justifies government action against you. when you're just talking about revolution, (Cont)
