I work @ my kids school as a teachers aide, I started working there because last year in FIRST GRADE my son got beat up on the playground by some older boys. So, I am there on bully patrol every day @ recess to make sure it doesn't happen to other kids. But you are right, most people that work at the schools could care less, they tell kids that are being picked on to WALK AWAY and ignore it, which solves nothing.

I agree w/ some of the things you guys said about bullying & I know that its true about the teachers too. I was teased in school & the teachers didn't really do anything, they sent to the counselors office & I told them that the bullys were the ones w/ the problem, not me. I had a teacher to tease me about my braids-done by my Mother who is a hairdresser. I had teachers to make a pass at me and my little sister & I went off on that Principal! I hope that those 2 teachers were disciplined.
