there's another scene that made me cracked. that was before she went out with seiya, she saw a little boy fall on the street and cried. after she advised the boy calm down and shouted "high power! hyper!". seiya saw that thing, and later when he approaches usagi suddenly usagi fall down too and cried loudly. after she stopped seiya asked her, "don't you wanna shout that too?". usagi asked, "shout what?" then seiya shout that phrase out loud "HIGH POWER! HYPER!" and usagi was so mad!!
@moonymoon27 seiya dragged her outside to dance.. not to kiss her. it's just usagi who's being too sceptical since haruka told her to be cautious with seiya. btw.. that scene was damn hilarious!

@aurora990 She probably binds. There are special garments created to maintain the illusion of a flat/masculine chest. Or perhaps she is naturally small chested. (Some women are...and considering Haruka has a very small and lean frame, she probably doesn't have much.)

Seiya is a woman in the Magna version of Sailor Moon. the same goes for Taiki and Yaten. however, in the Anime version of Sailor Moon, Seiya, Taiki and Yaten became men to hide their presence from Galaxia while trying to find Princess Kakyuu. I would say Seiya is a man just by recognizing the behavior patterns of a man.
