This is a copy of one of the Albums of Mr.Shajarian. Mrs Shakila I wished you would not copy these beautiful works and would pay someone to make you songs.You copy these and sing them wrongly and sell them under your name. Is that Los Angeles way?

It is unfortunate that you let your hate get the best of you. She is one the most decent singers around who is totally committed to high quality work. Comments like yours is exactly the part of our culture we Iranians should abandon. We all love Shajarian. If she sings one of his songs, it should be flattering to the artist, not justification for getting attacked by a fan.

@ajabmizane Sorry but this is a typical mistake of us always over praising people. By the way this is not my hate, this is telling the truth. IF SHE IS MAKING MONEY BY COPYING THE ORIGINAL, this is not correct. Only among persians this is correct because we never respect each other's right. We don't even understand these rights and then start preaching "we should appreciate", "we should love" "we should not hate", pleaaseeee. That is why our country is in this shape, cuz we justify everything

@ajabmizane ... and by the way, if she was committed to high quaility she would create something by herself and would not damage the original good quality by singing it with full of mistakes. I don't even know her but any body who does it is wrong. And I am not sure why should this wrong singing of her be flattering to Mr. Shajarian?? honestly I don't know where you get all these arguments. If you like her good 4 u but pls do not justify her cheating behaviour and making fame and name and money,

@fasalakh First, let me agree with you that we need to be aware of copyright laws and considerate of the originator of a product. And, none of knows if she does or does not have any kind of agreement with these artists or has made sure that the legal issues are addressed.

@fasalakh This kind of thing goes on all the time. There are bands that their entire existence revolves around performing other peoples songs such the Australian Pink Floyd. I don't think the legal issues in that case are as severe as you imply. (you can Google this)

@fasalakh At the end of the day, I, and a lot of people think she is a magnificent singer with a heavenly voice and we appreciate what she does even if it is occasionally rehashing somebody else's songs. Afterall, all of Shajarian's songs are not original either (i.e. Morghe Sahar)
