His screamed vocals initially sound unhealthy and raw like he's doing them without the use of his diaphragm but getting from his facial expressions it looks like he's doing it properly and they just sound like that. Usually when you scream properly, you don't have much a facial expression change because all the power comes from your stomach, like how this guy is showing. He also has a badass name (Harpoon) =)

@ThereSaTxAxBlaKxRosE Im really good at those screeches lol, Basically ( and i learned this from 25 dollar massacre vocalist ) you just scream like a scared ass girl in a scary movie and like push that a little harder and you wont feel it in your throat more like in your chest and it'll just get REALLY distorted and there you have it, that amazing scream you want:D I promise it works and thats how u do it!.
