2: You can't look up, anyone who would get the opportunity to jump up on you with a hit-scan weapon especially shotgun or scatergun would kill you in a few shots

Yes there are clans, but you need a lot of skill to get into competitive. Yes you can hone your skills with bots just go to training> offline match I believe something like that.
