well done on this song... I'm trying to learn it for an audition, pretty much got it down pat. However I think you're meant to go on the ride after the crash hit not the hi-hat during the last bit of the song

just not a fan of the snare sound at all, could be the room or camera though.

timing was a bit off in some moments, most noticeably on the snare hits.

You did a damn good job on the song, personally I don't understand how you can feel comfortable with the cymbals that high, but it's all preference i believe.

I own that same kit, and honestly it doesn't sound bad at all, and honestly, if you're happy with the sound you got from tuning it keep it.

And I'm sure you're kit sounds a lot better (idk what heads you have) than how it does here, Youtube/Cameras kill a lot of audio quality which some people fail to take into account.

ok first off that gretsch drumset is shell kit and isn't worth $1700. the shells are only worth 500. if your talking including cymbals and stuff then he's got some cheap cymbals and hardware. i have the same amount of pieces and my kit is well over 1700. i just have a pearl export kit too.  the kid does know the song though. so dragonflyy777 is an idiot. it doesn't matter the equipment as long as you know how to tune the kit and play correctly.
