Why wont you stay? It's better than Ruairi is, it doesnt have the annoying obnoxious people there, nor does it have the bully high lvs in the arena. It's the most laid back server, so in my opinion i'd rather be there or just quit.
but then again i wont look forward to doing g2 or getting falcon again x.x so atm im confused i mean in ruairi im a 1k pluse elf but in Tarlach ill be a nobody xD but ill keep it in mind :o
Theres change depending on the server your on, and starting over is simple, i would know because i've done it three times trying to get away from certain things and starting fresh. As for Generation 2, it's simple as well, but as for your fame thing you have in your mind, it's a game, fame shouldnt matter really.
