I know the storm trooper that banged his head. He's an english movie extra and a police officer. He trained me when I joined the police. Hes for ever getting ribbed by it even to this day.

@rancor022 The *DINK* noise was only added later for the DVD release as the sound was absent in the original theatrical release.
