Easy way to level magnums or any pistols is to go play a game or 2 of hardcore. You only need 25 kills to get akimbo and in hardcore the mags have a decent 1 shot range.
This was more fun in MW2 because you could also have scavenger, c4, danger close. Also ranking up the magnum is a pain when im going to be prestiging anyways.

I should try using the shield on SD instead of HCSD where one single bullet kills me and my shield... no mistakes allowed in that game mode... too frustrating... have you been able to be as good with your shield in Hardcore modes?

You should make more Riot videos. There are WAY too many idiots (especially on GFAQS) who think it's useless.
It's nice to see another good Rioter. Akimbo FMGs make it almost OP in my opinion.. especially in SnD. They come out extremely fast. But I use Magnums ever since I unlocked them.
Also, you do know how to Melee cancel, right? If not, I suggest you look it up. Pair Melee cancelling with the Melee proficiency on the Riot, and you can drop someone in less than a second.

Nice to see another Riot shielder. I normally use MP9s instead (for the 2x headshot bonus and low recoil), but on smaller maps, I think I'll start using the magnums.
Tried this class... works well in most instances (2+ enemies can give you a headache)... but you want to try to push the 1-1 encounters!

I really like these videos.
I do the same, but with a noob combo, which is the fmg9's akimbo. Man, those switch extremely fast and are ridiculously overpowered. Hahaha.
