@IJUSTSNIPEDJEW this is a fix for it itunes isnt recognizing your ipod. If your PC isnt finding it, then it's very possible you'r only fix is to put it into recovery mode, sorry

@certainlychloe i'm sorry i'm not sure on macs, i only stumbled across this fix for win7, try and find a device manager on lion and see if your apple device has been stopped, and start it again.
