I Cant lift my hips up thats so fucking hard ..

well maybe i could if i start from standing but the at the second rotation when i swipe and tuck i do that baby swipe .. I Dont wanna stuck at 1 Swipe :(

sounds so easy./.. but is so freaking hard... i can do low swipes but i can't jump high at all and i always tuck in my leg (the extended one thats not on the ground) when i spin because if i don't it'll hit the ground. that's how low mine are. help pleaseeee
