I first heard this in Macedonia on the 10th September 2001. I was in a 10 man tent sat on my bed with my headphones on. I looked around whilst listening to it. My mates were cleaning their weapons, writing letters, sorting out their stuff etc. busy in their own little worlds. I thought about the title and decided it is true.
for those that don't know, the operatic vocal part is a reversed form of the vocal used on the same album's track My Kingdom, which in turn is taken from Vangelis' tune Rachel's Song on the Bladerunner soundtrack (even tho it wasn't in the film, I don't think)
Hey everybody - I just released my solo album "Mirror Image" that contains electronic upbeat and ambient songs heavily inspired by The Future Sound of London. If you're interested you can check out the songs on my youtube page, and links to my myspace page and places to download the full album are on my youtube channel as well :) .

A tribute to the loneliness, to the mental state in which you lost all the faith in the people surrounding you. Amazing tune.

Very moving operatic tune. DEAD CITIES is 1 scary, apocolyptic head-bash with moments of PURE BEAUTY. FSOL are musical geniuses.
LIFEFORMS & PAPA NEW GUINEA next.Cheers for uploading.
