Seems to me some folks have forgotten that there were numerous crusades and over centuries battles were fought with the same name, in the same places, by forces from the same places, but with different commanders and dates. Conrad III, running out of provisions, stopped there to rest, and his army of 20,000 men was annihilated by the Seljuk Turks led by Mesud I. The Germans were unable to continue the Crusade, and Conrad made his way (with his remaining army of 2,000 men) to the army led by Louis VII of France, although the Crusade eventually failed completely.

I dont care who won what but the the amount fo casualties inflicted on each side to see wether it was a fair battle to begin with in Muslims cases its not 95% of the time but kill more in the process when outnumbered till the last man.

Heres an example, when muslims actaully were religious they spread from arabia right to france. If you go to school with muslims, I've noticed that if looking at the Quran not even one of them would classify as a muslim.
Countries, empires etc do have the potential for prefection but humans ruin it themselves.

Taking over and plundering cities was their way of making money to support their armies.Europeans had money back in europe but no one is going to carry all the food.It took around 2 years to get to jerusalem.You need to resupply.Europe is to far, middle eastern cities are near.
Just so you know, christianity was built on peace(the first christians were very peaceful people).It's only centuries later that christians became corrupt and violent.Islam was created through violence and stayed so.

@ufukozdes It seems it is true. Something that made this possible was the deep division of the muslims commanders who gave up separatedly. Although being of remarkable martial qualities, the turkish leaders simply werent able to be unified under only one banner... however the ones who wrote all this were europeans...

I was being sarcastic. but anyway, all i wanna say is attackting with 50 men to 20.000 people army is an obvious suicide mission. no commander does that. there are some exceptions in history, I know. conquistadors at middle america for example. but 50? even spartans were fighting with more than 5000 men against xerxes (not like popular culture stuff). I can attack with 50 crusaders to 1000 infantry at Total war. But I think in RL, this is exaggeration.
