I think 1999 was the year where the top bodybuilders thought they had a shot at the Olympia. In Flex wheelers book he said he went all out for this year. Look up Shawn Ray 1999 olympia. He was so hard in certain shots he looked almost transparent and the lighting was less favorable then 1999 iron man.

Full muscle bellies, small joints, check out the thigh knee calf ratio, its studendous.Flex has it all.They went the way of the t-rex with Coleman and a era of monsters, sanity has returned though with Dexter, Martinez and Heath all going the way Flex made all his own. Perfect tie-ins, balance symmetry.Lets face it, second in the O, 5 times out of 10 should have won, Flex is no different with Coleman.Coleman is a beast, but Flex was better.

I think 1999 was the year where the top bodybuilders thought they had a shot at the Olympia. In Flex wheelers book he said he went all out for this year. Look up Shawn Ray 1999 olympia. He was so hard in certain shots he looked almost transparent and the lighting was less favorable then 1999 iron man.

his calves were a joke ronnie had to really work on em like everyone else cuz when levrone beat flex and ronnie took 5th with no calves at all for the ifbb pro card, flex had to somehow try to keep up but his shit looked really fucked compared to the rest of his physique

Flex shows here the way the Olympia should have gone. Full muscle bellies, small joints, check out the thigh knee calf ratio, its studendous.Flex has it all.They went the way of the t-rex with Coleman and a era of monsters, sanity has returned though with Dexter, Martinez and Heath all going the way Flex made all his own. Perfect tie-ins, balance symmetry.Lets face it, second in the O, 5 times out of 10 should have won, Flex is no different with Coleman.Coleman is a beast, but Flex was better.
