I just bought the 2011 one. How do I put a clamping feedneck on there. I want it so that the hopper does not obstruct my view

@Limegreenheadphones The 2011 does have a clamping feedneck, its one of those twist to tighten ones if I'm not mistaken. Also how would a clamping feed help your view? All that does is secure the hopper to the feed.

hey someone HELP. in the feed neck where you can twist to tighen any hopper onto the gun theres a silver peice inside and thats where the hopper goes. and the twist on the neck tighnes that. is the silver peice supposed to be cracked? or not a full circle?

Yes it is, there should be a gap so the feedneck can tightened. if you want to make the grip on your hopper tighter you can grind away around 1mm of that metal shim along the "gap".

@anderson123456ish as boysquid5 so rudely pointed out, yes, "one u pump". essentially, a pump paintball gun needs to be manually re-cocked after every shot (hence the pump handle to make it easier), as opposed to a semi-automatic, which uses the excess air to reset the bolt.

i know there is a electric azodin kaos pump that you can buy, what is the advantage having that over the reguler kaos pump gun? also i am wanting to get into paintball and i heard of something called the auto trigger? what is that? how i under stand it is you keep the trigger held down and you just keep pumping it? is that true? which pump gun has it etc..

The electric KP is actually called the KP+. One of the azodin videos actually shows it a little bit. It is electric, but it still requires pumping. The fact that it is electric just allows the trigger to be a very light trigger. Which will probably allow you to fire the gun much faster with a very light trigger pull. Your description of an autotrigger is correct. The Kaos Pump doesn't have it, but some of the other more expensive pumps do. Personally, I don't mind not having an autotrigger.

There are pump tournaments, but most people just use them for rec because instead of paying $14 entry + $10 all day air + $80 a case (Field only paint) = $104 to use and normal gun I spend $14 entry + $5 for one fill (50/4500 Ninja tank) + $25 for 500 rounds = $44 and I usually have half a tank and one hundred rounds or so left.

no you can buy a new barrel, just make sure its a small bore barrel to prevent rollouts

it still has dual ball detents so not nessicarily. its just supposed to be 100% fool proof aagainst double feed and roll outs with the triad and dual ball detents

its a closed pump gun so the bolt pushes the ball forward so its like the bolt-ball-triad ball detention(with out triad it would roll out) the bolt pushes the ball past the detents then when you push the trigger it fires with the co2 /air

The Kaos pump is Autococker thread so use whatever. Personally, I like the Smartparts freak barrel, because the inserts help a lot with the accuracy for pumps.

I traded my broken shocker for a nice prostock pump last summer...played with it a handfull of times in a row over the summer, and now i've upgraded to a nice lightning with arch deluxe kit, and now all i play is pump. it's called you get a pump to play against other pump players, and when your not playin other pump players, it helps your skill level increase alot because when you snap you put one ball down field instead of 10. play a couple of games with a pump gun then play regularly and see how much your skill level increases.
