Who made this? I love it . I'd like to meet him/her..i'd like to make something similar with their help if possible in hommage to the MRI. I've worked here for the lst 7 years.
It is meant to be a take on the historical life of an old hospital. That there have been nurses treading the corridors and walking in the same footsteps over time. It was originally shown on a loop on a small screen inside a scale model of the Manchester Royal infirmary as though the viewer could look inside and see the history of the hospital played out.
I never meant to say anything about nurses or nursing, it was more a focus on the history of the hospital.
it was ment to be a veiw on how hospitals are seen to be only staffed by docs nurses etc with never a mention of non clinical support staff, and i am not taking away anything from the medical side but other staff work hard too
Though i do agree i could have worded it better ......doh !
Ah I see, sorry I didn't understand. I focused on the Nurses as my film was looking at the history of the place and there was a lot of information on the nurses as well as archive photos and video footage.
fair enough,i wasnt attacking the film if it sounded that way i apologise..i have worked at the mri for 7 years in a non clinical support role ,i like the place ,and the staff ,i think that picture is at the end of the long corridor as you walk toward the side entrance near the eye hospital ....good luck
was admitted a couple of years back to eye section and everyone i come across was amazing- consultants, doctors And nurses every one of them was Friendly And professional. might sound wierd but it didnt bother me being there
