@TwinCityProduc First 5 weeks you don't have weekends off. After, only if your platoon deserves it

You earn your weekends, and time off. you will be working monday to friday 0500 - 22:00 at least with down time built in.

@coldmeat33 Probably because she looks to be a weaker link in that outfit.. so concentrating on the weaker link(s) inspires confidence in tentative or soon-to-be recruits.

@qwased131994 no. Modifaction of military kit is strictly prohibited especially with weapons. Chargeable offense, and recourse in basic.

I believe after week 4 you are allowed to go off base on weekends. That is of course unless you are confined to base.

This part of the episode does not seem to load for me. Also, I was wondering if this platoon is similar to all the other platoons-same drills, etc. CandianArmyNews, could you tell me where I might look up how to indicate ranks (insignias) for the Army? I want to be prepared when I do BMQ. Thank you in advance.

Just do a search, dude.

Type "CF rank insignia" in google, and you'll find what you're looking for.

Trust me, learning what ranks mean is the least of your worries. Work on PT, I don't care how in shape you are, you aren't good enough yet.

You will be taught all the practical info like rank structure in your first few weeks.

EXACTLY! That is what I tortured my son with....PT! If you can stay with the Platoon during PT, EVERYTHING else is gravy, particularly if you are going into an Army trade.

yeah, i used to have the same problems with videos not loading correctly, i usually just change around the video quality. That seems to get the video to load again, and from the point where u left. not from the beginning again
