Well, how come sonic can't let Robotnik win some time? He DOES have one of the best boss theme in the whole entire gaming industry...

Let me put it this way: Sonic is good and Robotnik is evil. Since good always wins over evil, Sonic will beat Robotnik every time. Henceforth and to wit, Robotnik will never win.
