  • When insurance says experimental or not medically necessary, they are req by law in CA to provide a petition and one for the State HMO Regulatory Board too - the details as to due process are simple but pls look up: The state has a phone # for info and it's their job - they will compel insurance to provide treatment if they find that the company is not providing reasonable care - and that's pretty common I am hearing from PTs at Kaiser and elsewhere - in order to pursue legal action one must go

  • How much do these infusions cost?.

  • my dr. is trying to get this done for me but my insurance said something like its still in expieramental stage.yes or no?

  • If a patient could not take clondine, what would you give in place of?
