Unfortunately, it has not closed its doors. It still survives and continues to control the lives of its members, spins any news about itself, and hold themselves to be "special" in the eyes of God. What they say and what they do are two completely different things.
@mario1darren make sure you have a friend on the out side that trulley know want you are doing ,,, they likely will want you to cut off speaking with any one from the out side ,,, it might also be a good idea that you written out your intentions and seal it in a envelope to give to police if needed ,, i would also search out past member before you do this to be prepared for what your going to see ,,, and protect your banking and affairs from these people ,, good luck
Yikes! Typical cult behaviour. Utopia doesn't exist, at least not in this world. A light should go off when people with problems find instant absolution, followed by being torn down. This is a horrible pervision of what Christianity is meant to be. Thank the heavens that this cult has closed it's doors.
The thick lady at about 7 min and 30 sec, resembles the infamous 'crazy christian' lady from that reality spouse swapping show.

This kind of stuff happens when you are divorced from an established Tradition & no outside recourse from very localized control.

A cult is an extreme example of a religious belief. Religions are often based on rituals and rules. So yep, this is a cult.

My wife's best friend's girlfriend from highschool ended up in a "community" like this in Guelph, Ontario, Canada.
They claim to be a Christian organization yet my wife and her friend, good Chritians both, haven't been allowed to see this woman in over a decade.
