I am Japanese and have to tell you that you misread the subtitle you are talking about. They are not in Chinese. It's simply repeating "Baseball Player" in Japanese (Kanji) so it looks like it's in Chinese...

There is nothing racist about this video, it's a parody of the Japanese fan base and fan culture, especially around baseball. From the Japanese perspective, it's pretty on key. Well done commercial.
