@conselago after reading those books and the Clark study, you should never want to use the word "nigga" again. It's an offensive word and it has no business being used. I'm a black man who is a supervisor to several employees. None of the white employees would ever dare to say the word in the workplace & I got wind of it. However, two black employees used it. I sent them to cultural awareness class. One of them said it again and I fired her. She simply didn't get it. I hope u do.
