RIP the six navy seals that killed Bin Laden. they died when their plane was shot down; Rest easy in heaven, I'll meet you there as soon as possible for a highfive and a hug for each of you <3 These men are absolute heroes.
I love Jump5! I used to listen to their music all the time and i remembered that and i wanted to listen to them again. I used to go to their concerts too. I have a picture and cd of them and they all signed it for me. :) I miss you Jump5!! :)
@pogah1985 I believe in asking God to bless all countries equally, but you can't say that all countries are equal. There are some that are oppressive and totalitarian. These do not deserve to be on the same level as countries that care about their citizens.
It is hard to describe my feelings right now. The man who caused over 9000 American deaths and countless deaths of his own people. One of the most wanted men in the world and the very same man who took my dad from me for almost three years of my life, is dead. The coward of a man is dead.
I thank God for all that He has done to preserve our nation even when we have faltered from Him, and for the men and women who have died just doing what they do to protect our freedom and try to give it to
I LOVE THIS SONG SO MUCH GOD BLESS THE USA IM PROUD TO BE HERE TO DAY I SANG THIS SONG AT SCHOOL AND I WAS THE ONLY ONE HOW THE TEACHERS HERD AND I LOVE THAT LEE GREENWOOD WROTE IT AND HE ASKED JUMP 5 TO SANG IT AND WHEN I SUNG IT IT WAS BEATUIFUL NOT AS BEAUTIFULAS JUMP 5 AND LEE GREENWOOD THANKS FOR WRITING IT BYE PEACE OUT
i remember when i was is third grade and i loved singing this song! we went to a nursing home and sang it to the people there and they cried. i didn't know what it meant then, but that was the anniversary of 9/11
I cried listening to this song because it made me realize of how blessed I am to be an American and GOD, i love this country so much. It may not be the prefect country, but this is my home and there's no place I'd rather be than on this awesome land called The United States of America.
Every time I hear this song, it makes even more proud to not only be an American, but to be the daughter and sister of four truly amazing soldiers that have and are doing their part to protect this wonderful nation.
Noticed that the lyrics were changed compared to the Lee Greenwood version. When you actually listen to the lyrics, you can feel the patriotic atmosphere. Although I'm not American, I can feel the patriotism here. I will try to play this on the Electone Organ as I now possess the score.
Basically i'm not an American!!! but this song made me feel the patriotism of America... i'm really excited about jump5 by the way they've presented this song... truly enchanting... but sad that u've departed... but i wish jump5 to continue fulfilling God's purpose and bring many lives to Christ...
i used to listen to jump 5 all the time when i was younger and now sadly theyve been replaced i mean really what happend to disney i missed those time the early 2000s sigh god bess america thank u jump 5
(im tearing up as i type this) I think its safe to say that this song/video isn't gonna get bashed by any of the war-haters out there.I mean yeah, war sucks,my friends cousin, who's like family to me,lost his life in service to this fantastic country, but the way he was when we hung out was like he knew it would happen. He even pulled me and my friend aside and told us this:"See if you can get them to burry me with my rifle, cuz i wanna kick Satans' ass" and that will stay with me until the day i die
i love this song!!!! it never fails to remind me how lucky i am to call this land home..it makes me feel proud to be an American...god bless the USA!!!!
I've always loved Lee Greenwood's original version of this song. But I actually like Jump 5's version better because Lee says "I'd thank my lucky stars" and Jump 5 says "I'd thank my God above" at 0:25. My dad served in Vietnam with the Marines, and in many ways this song moves me to tears. Happy fourth of July everyone! God bless the USA!
A few years ago, I was really upset because my dad wouldn't be home for my birthday. The same day, we went to a recently set up 9/11 memorial, and I read all those names. Then I put on my Jump5 cd on the way home and listened to this song, and just cried. I realized I was so selfish; so many kids wouldn't be able to have their parents home for any of their birthdays. God bless America, and God bless the families.
I was in highschool when I first heard this song on the radio after 9/11. But they had changed the lyrics from "men who died" to "ones who died". Great song! I love both the Jump5 and Lee Greenwood versions!
love this song and i like the lee greenwood version but this one to me is better because the accually slow down and sat the states the lee greenwood version he gets to the states names and just rushes throu them like he doesn't want them even the song
I remember when I once sang the song with my classmates back in elementary school. It's been ages since I heard this song. It's refreshing to hear Jump5's rendition of "God Bless the USA" Thanks for the upload. :)
@YamiYugi1121 the didn't really break up they just stop performing =( it was in 2007 December 16th in Rocktown Nashville... I wish they didn't stop performing though
God Bless America! And All Of Those Veterans. Ones who have served for our country. no matter if they are alive or have fallen! The flag still stands tall and strong like our country! I♥USA
Happy Veterans day everyone!! This is a special day for me because my Uncle was in the army.. I hope all of you are enjoying it, and thinking of those soldiers who have given their lives for the U.S. And those who are still alive who've gone!! Love y'all!
they used to play this song a lot during 9/11, hearing this for the first time tin years reminds me of that time when America had this strong rush of Patriotism
my brother is amarine and is afganastan. i miss him and my cousin is going to iraq so i pray everyday tht nothin will happen to them. at my school for 9/11 we always sing thisme and my gurls at lunchh
my brother is in Iraq right now...i miss him so much. my family and his feancee pray that he is safe every day. i thank GOD for everyone that is over there, i pray that he keeps them safe. i love my brother so much...i wish he wasn't over there but he loves his work. I love you J! can't wait till you get home!!!
They each had their own careers that they wanted to go into, their lead singer wants to keep singing, but the others went to live life. They did great. Wouldn't you want to become a regular person again after having a lot of people know you? next is the paparazzi.
Yeah, it scared me too, I was worried for those families that had a dad/mom, or wife/husband die in it. And to know that terrorists could get that far in the U.S. made me feel that it wasn't safe anymore, but since then, they have stopped other attacks.
I think this song is a great way to help numb all that happened to everyone.
I heard this song after the 9/11 attack. that was such a horrible day...and music is a helpful way to numb the pain and worry. i remember coming home and seeing the towers fall on TV. I dont remember ever being so scared.
hua THANKS JUMP5 WE NEED SUPPORT IN THE TIME OF NEED
