  • The real crime here is this kids haircut.

  • Kid, you are too young and uneducated to make judgements about the existence God and scientific theories. But you sound like an intelligent individual, so pick up a science book and stop trusting your parents' religious indocrination. I hope that in 20 years from now you will watch those videos and laugh at how young and stupid you once were

  • What a dumb kid. all he proved was that christians are ignorant and misinformed. half of the things he said were false. the other half just made no sense

  • Kid, Ive flown from one side of this galaxy to the other. Ive seen a lot of strange stuff, but Ive never seen anything to make me believe theres one all powerful force controlling everything. Theres no mystical energy field that controls my destiny.

  • look at minute 1:09, yes it is unreasonable to think that because there is no evidence, thats is the difference between science and religion. There was lots of energy but that by no means proves that god created it

  • Nice try little bro...

  • Hehe. I love this. A... 12? 14? year old boy trying to prove scientifically that God exists. However, this is not at all scientific. This 'mystical energy field' does NOT fit in with the classical Christian theory of a God.

Also, I'd like to point out that energy goes from regions of high density to regions of low density (see the Sun, as an example). Therefore, even a minute deviation in the Big Bang could have created the complexity you see today.

  • Occum's Razor Bitch!

  • Rofl. It's impossible to create everything out of nothing? How the fudge did genesis happen then? God is supposed to be almighty, which is in contradiction with physical laws, meaning that he has to exist outside the Universe, which ultimately means he is not made up of matter or energy. So here is something that isn't matter or energy, creating everything, a statement that you are so desperately trying to disprove.

  • Tell me, did the laws of the universe come after all this matter from unkown sources create the "Big Bang", or did it happen after? God created the laws ( just to define, gravity, angular momentum, which actaully contradicts the Big Bang theory, for Uranus, Venus, and possible Pluto for they spin the opposite directions of the rest of the planets in our universe, probability ect ), so ud think he`d have a law for himself maybe, ber in mind, He is the creator :P

  • I really want to sit this kid down and teach him the basic fundamentals of science.

  • Me too.

  • This silly little boy just makes bold assertions based upon nothing but ignorance....ignorance that he has been taught and or read from a Kent Hovind book or DVD. Most likely he is/was homeschooled, or a private christian school. It would mean nothing to him for me (or millions of others) to tell him we were taught the same shit but now that we are ADULTS that got a REAL science education and no longer accept "god-did-it" as a reasonable argument for ANYTHING that exists.

  • And who created god? You fail!

  • Who created the matter for the "Big Bang"? You fail,. ohhhhhh, your cool dude, ai :P

  • @DemosCrusader

    Who created god?

  • Don`t you get it? No one created God, we are the creations of the creator, all that is is His. You sure think your smart with a question like that ;P

  • Comment removed

  • The question of who created matter for the big bang is similar to that of who created God. Try and explain the difference.

  • is matter divine? does matter rule over us? God is almighty, we are but creations of the Creator. To put it in a sense, does a pet know where his master, if he did, came from? does he know why he his pet? It sounded demeaning ( know coming from monkeys, and no purpose in life what so ever is a bit too ), but I was just usisng it as an example.

Its sound weak, but If I ,only fourteen, could answer these questions, it just shows my ignorance of him.

  • . Why would I know anything about God? We presume. I presume. And for matter out of know where, that seems true, but for someone who is more powerful, and divine then us,,it is to hard to swallow? Occums Razor much|?

  • There is no evidence of God. Your brain is not designed to understand a world without a creator. You are designed to search for purpose even if purpose itself has no meaning.

If matter must have a creator, why mustn't a God? And why your god out of the countless made up Gods?

Do you not see the limitations of your mind? You must understand this.

  • There is no evidence? Look around, we live in a wonderful world. Such diverse intertwined ecosystems, mathematicians and unbiased scientists have calculated that the odds for life to have come from non-life is astronomical, it just could not have happened. And my brain is DESIGNED to understand a world with a Creator? hmmmmmmm, Invention, Inventor, Creation, Creator, Design, Designer, it is basic logic/philosophy. It is Never to late for a lost misguided sheep ;)

  • God is the purpose of Life, we owe every thing to Him. God is the Designer, our existence is His will. Why Yahweh? Why not Zeus, or Mars? I honestly dont have the time nor want to waste my bandwidth explaining, The Bible is a great start though ;)

  • Why not Islam?

  • Religion is for sinners. You're a good troll though.

  • and your a good homo homo sapien ;)

  • He just said it would take a tremendous force to create trillions of stars and thousands of galaxies. That doesn't prove that it was god kid. It could be that famous black cloud that we all refer to as the "big bang" that contained some vile shit and just decided to blow up and produced all this.

  • lets not rip on this guy, let him believe what he believes

we dont give a shit, do we

  • through the logic you are using you are stating that nothing can create nothing... so before the universe was created there had to be something that created it. Well i have one simple question for you, using the same logic you presented to prove that god exsists, what created god? since, according to you, everything has to come from something..where did god come from? also, these ideas are clearly not your own, we can see you reading them from your computer through the reflection in your glasses

  • Man created God

  • yea man did created god by making lies n scaring lil kids so dey could believe dat there is a god. poor lil kids

  • whats wrong with non-original ideas? did you think he was trying to fool us or something?.. cuz thats what researched precedents are for.. to spread them as this kid is doing

  • very misguided

  • Agreed

  • i meant that you are very misguided

  • That in the video is not myself.

  • Stupid I don't know, but you ARE misguided and misinformed.

How exactly did you prove God exists? Science doesn't say matter, energy, space, and time couldn't always exist nor couldn't have formed spontaneously. Furthermore, if it takes complexity to make complexity, WHAT made God?

There are no complex ordered structures in the universe that we've seen (other than man or other life made) which aren't explained via natural forces.

Where are the God-made inorganic structures you've seen?

  • how about conservation of angular momentum?.. first of all, how do you think the planets got where they are with perfect, unchanging orbits around the sun?

  • There are very well understood cosmological evolutionary scientific theories for how the various structures in our universe formed. None of which require any sort of intelligent agent.

For good evidence of God... how about a massive solid planet sized cube! Of everything we know in the physics of our universe, that is impossible. Anything so massive would form into a sphere. So, a cube of such mass would be extraordinary proof of something SUPERnatural. We see nothing like this anywhere.

  • being that i believe god does exist, ive wondered why he didnt make some clear proof like that.. but really he made the laws that he would be breaking in the first place buut we cant really understand that because we belong to those laws ourselves.. i know thats no proof but im just saying... back to my question tho how do YOU think the planets got that way? i want your explanation if you have one

  • Which planets? Earth? The one's in our solar system? There are 100 billion stars in the avg galaxy and 100 billion galaxies. Most stars are now believed to have planetary systems. We evolved right for ours (as expected). Define perfect unchanging orbits. The orbits are not unchanging. The Earth *IS* slowly creeping toward the sun (due to extremely minor frictional forces), but so slowly that the sun will die long before we get too close to it. Though the sun will eventually expand in old age.

  • hahaha just answer the damn question!.. i understand/stood that the earth creeps but how do you think it got there?.. this is a very specific question and i didnt wanna get deep about it so fast

  • Our sun is at least a 2nd generation star. We can't know for sure exactly how our solar system formed, but in all likelihood, as best we understand, it condensed from a large cloud of dust and gas containing all the elements that we find on our earth and in our solar system. These elements were created inside earlier generations of stars. The cloud condensed because it was disturbed by another passing star or shock waves from an exploding star, etc.. Our star and the planets then formed.

  • The dust & gas condensed into larger spheres that became our planets, via gravitational attraction. Slowly larger accumulations formed. In each planet's orbit it swept up all the other dust & gas. The early solar system was crowded. Another accumulation in our orbit, the size of Mars, crashed into the Earth and formed our moon. We SEE other solar systems and others forming. Some have gas giants where our planet is, some may have earth sized planets. We just launched a telescope to find them.

  • NO u r not stupid!!! ur an A-Hole

btw.. i am not an athiest

  • Old argument. See TalkOrigins claims CF101 and CI200.

Furthermore, if God is the energy you're talking about, wouldn't that contradict the Christian claim that God is supernatural? Since as all we know, energy is quite natural.

So even if the argument about nothing creating nothing would be true, it would still not prove that a supernatural God exist. Eternal energy, maybe, but then why would you call it "God"?

  • Thanks for the response. aaronk1994 and the like ignore TalkOrigins as far as I've seen. Infact, aaron linked at one point to a site he claimed refuted all the points there. (By regurgitation the point that was disproved on talkorigins.

  • The "best" rebuttal site I've seen tried to refute TalkOrigins with Bible quotes. You can imagine how that works out. :-)

  • Horribly. I'll see if I can hunt that link down again I think he had it on his channel. If I cant' find it sorry. It was very weak refutations, using quote mines from people like Stephen J Gould and others.
