My memory of this film is that it had a lot of randomness, but somehow it all fit together. One scene I remember real well is where the guy gets his arms cut off, and also one where they visit a group of people with down's syndrome. It's totally deep.

Thanks for posting this. I always loved the music, and the hands motif. Great, though dark, film, by a real master.
