greatsocalgal: Just by straightening your hair, it will look a lot shinier. the curl pattern distorts light on your hair shaft and one reason why curly hair doesn't look shiny. It sounds like you suffer from many of the same ailments I have - dullness, dryness and frizz. I am going to have it redone today - its been 3 months since the treatment.

I am in the gathering info phase and trying to decide between the "Brazilian" brand and some of the keratin products I have heard about like Copola, Global and one or two others. I seriously need shine treatment as well as something for the frizz and dryness. I do have quite curly hair but would really like to not have pin straight hair. I need some body in my hair. Thanks again!
Yes, I may have it redone - found out I was using the wrong shampoo and have shampooed 4 times with it. Should not contain sodium laureth sulfate or sodium chloride. This shampoo had sodium chloride in it. I will post an update if/when I get it redone. Even though it seems like some of the Keratin has leached out because of the shampoo, it will still blow-dry straight and/or straighten with an iron in record time.

You could try do it again? What do you think would happen if you did it again in a week.
You hair looks very soft, I would be happy with that.
The reason I want to do it is also for color damage, and straightening. My ends are fried, and break too,
If you going to wash so often, be careful of the chlorine in the water. I dunno. Just rambling. Thanks for the videos!!!
