I really want to play this game again, it was only of the greatest games ever made in my mind. @DobysSock if you use the console you can bring him back as well as all of the other members of the sanctuary!!! methods include:

the placeatme command

the complete quest command

the createfullactorcopy command (on lucien while inside sanctuary) paired with

the resurrect 1 command after the quest stage is complete.

doing any of these (most recomend is the 3rd) will give you a full sanctuary after completeing the quest. i also have the other 3 speakers in my sanctuary using these methods.
