Actually, I doubt people could get very much use of it, due to it not being very customizable at all and needing a very precise setup to work correctly. It's not like you could just put the sprite in a level and expect it to work. And besides, you are allowed to keep some of your original sprites for yourself, right?

Sorry, but the bullet bill shooter and missing tiles just look really bad. Maybe there's some inside joke I'm missing. It'd also be nice if Cutman was animated in some way and if the shells didn't just appear out of the gun like that. Maybe if Cutman threw shells while the shooter kept spawning bullet bills, that'd be nice.

You are correct in that this is an inside joke. Whenever in an SMWC hack removal log, there are tiles missing, that is said to be the work of Cutoffnessman, so I just took that character and made him into a boss. And I would have animated him if I only had some more graphics... Right now I only have that picture from the removal logs...
