There's a guy on youtube under the account of Fitnessvip, his videos are EXCELLENT and helped me a lot when I first started working out. He showed proper technique and workout ROUTINES in videos, self-designed and generally customized. Just a suggestion, but I think you should start throwing out some workout routine videos to give an extra kick in the ass to start exercising.
