When I did it I found the easiest place to break the lower section of bones was the mega compound. Id hit the first ramp and throw my character off the ramp towards the trees. Id then do a christ air and smash the lower half my body into the trees or ground you break 5-10 bones every time.

yup. it's been a while but you have to break each bone about 100 times. you can check your record in the logbook.

If you are by the East wall of Zen Plaza facing north, turn right, and look to your left and you should encounter the pathway. Skate up the pathway and found your way to the side of that building.

That place is just on the east side of Zen Plaza area. Just follow the path up the hill towards that building and you will be a side alley that will lead you to that spot.
