No it's not constant flow, the timer is a cheapest analogue timer which is on for 15min in every hour. if there is a power fail then it just carries on as normal without having to be reset.
Hi mate - nice use of space. you should try it with some fish (aquaoponics) for a bit more fun. handful of goldfish should do the trick but you'll need to keep an eye out for algae. Nice work though!.

Your terminology is all WRONG ! this is HYDROPONICS and NOT aquaponics, the system seems to be a hybrid NFT/EBB and FLOW and not flow an ebb wtf???
But it's good for a beginner I guess ????
