Loading an Autocad Plot Style

You just made me look like a pro on a support call for a customer that uses autocad. I got a ticket with the title "Help with AutoCAD plot style". I have never used autocad and didn't know what a plotstyle was. I was able to remote in, show him how to add plot styles and I even found where they store their plotstyles. Thanks!
