I read The Hobbit some time ago and I recall a version of this song being sung by the dwarves.

@khomatmibro I was just looking though the book and i found it! This is a mix of 2 out of 10 verses(if that's what you call it) :) The last line before the song fits perfectly here. "this is like a fragment of their song, if it can be like their song without their music" True words, this song is just great :)

@Grindelwald94 yeah it is, it's after the dwarfs are done eating and then they sing several verses of a poem. this trailer uses the first 2 lines of the beginning and then it goes into all 4 lines of the 5 or 6th part of it, i know they probably won't sing the whole song in the movie due to the time limit, but i hope they can sing most of it, they do it that well.
