@cremadental i'm just gonna go ahead an answear this. yes, you can use Whey protein. the only thing that will change is the speed of which the protein is gonna go to your muscles.
What do you do with the fluff? Do you eat it straight, or put it in something? Where does the flavor come from. It looks yummy, but it sounds a little gross (you know, raw egg whites).
@neutral4 eat as is, the flavor really depends on the flavor of the protein powder you use. I use Big Blend Chocolatte by Betancourt Nutrition. This is a very tasty treat.
@Jgulao I'm not sure if you missed his point, or didn't understand. Fruit is not going to become mysteriously higher in calories by night. I regularly eat this before I sleep, it's a solid addition to a well rounded bodybuilders diet.
Hey man, thanks for the video. But If you are having it at night time I wouldn't recommend to add any fruits. Since they are pretty high in sugar(medium size banana = 105 calories,14 g of sugar = 56 calories from fast digesting carbohydrates) . besides that great job keep it up.

Looks good bro. I tried it with only the egg whites and it was too fluffy and too light. It should be interesting to find out how thick it can get once I buy some casein. I hope I get the same consistency and volume as you. With only the egg whites its too much. Couldn't finish it.

I tried many times with blender and hand mixer to make it into fluff consistency but all I'm getting is just foamed up liquid that then freezes into an ice. Hey i have a question, what is a good way to slim up your calves and thighs, they have gotten quite large over the years from playing alot of hockey, i really would like to slim them or tone them but i dnt know a good workout for it. any suggestions? (anyone who has advice please let me know)
haha i tried making this but my hand held mixing device was not powerful enough so i failed...however i did manage to use the egg whites from that failed experiment to make a high protein pancake but it got all burnt and shit but i still ate it anyway :S
@abdussamad6194 I'm in the UK and I don't think they generally stock it here sadly, I don't remember ever seeing it (some specialist stores might have it though), I think we have some types of eggs that are treated or screened & are safe for healthy adults to eat raw (red lion stamped) so I might try that. @MrMainevant I can see your point, I think it's because of the carb crash when it drops (the same reason you shouldn't have sugary breakfasts), so yeah you're right that it would be best not to have it *right* before bed, but perhaps around half hour to an hour before. @snaggypaggy . supplements are supplements. Try to get as many nutrients as you can with whole foods. Weigh protein is the only thing i would recommend taking. every thing else is just there to take your money, especially BCAA'S

@musclectavio17 - Don't be embarrassed man! All you can do in the gym is do your best. Don't worry about other people and how much they are lifting. Get a good pair of headphones and just stay focused in there. You're in the gym starting to work hard and that's way more than most people can say. Think of it this way: Even the biggest bodybuilders and ripped fitness models had their first day in the gym at some point in time and were once in your position. Everyone has to start somewhere.

@musclectavio17 If you think you're not going to be able to push out the last reps on your own, or are going until fail it's good idea to ask someone in the gym to spot you.
Comparing yourself tto others is bad, especially if you're interested in gaining Muscle Mass. My most difficult workouts come from humble lightweights. Just lift to failure with a reasonable rep range and you'll get a better workout than those guys benching 300+ for 1 rep and goofing off the rest of the time

I would rather eat them after workout..They contain fructose which is a very good sugar when i t comes to post workout recovery.
Before bed u should eat only protein with some fat that will slow down the absorption of protein :)

@musclectavio17 If I might add my 2 cents ... Try to focus on what you want to achieve in the gym today, before you start to go to the gym or even on the way to it. And before you start the workout take a minute of time, close your eyes focus again on your today's goal ... and start your engine.
At least this helped me a lot when I started with training
