Yes. That's who Dilandau originally is. But it's like two personas in the same body. But what I was trying to say is that he is physically a male sometimes. And physically a girl sometimes. If you recall the scene when Dilly has no shirt on. Nothing female about that.

"Dilandau" is male. In one of the later episodes you clearly see his body structure reshaping, so the body physically changes.
